工学博士,研究员,中国科学技术大学博士生导师,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,中国微米纳米技术学会高级会员,加拿大蒙特利尔大学访问学者,国家自然科学基金委化学学部环境化学学科评审专家,中国专利审查技术专家。

本科及博士均毕业于浙江大学,并于之后进入中科院苏州生物医学工程技术研究所。20172月至20182月在加拿大蒙特利尔大学访学1年。作为负责人承担国家自然科学基金3项、中科院装备研制项目子课题、省市及横向项目10余项。发表学术论文50余篇,其中SCI论文48篇;申请发明专利36项,其中16项获得授权,转化其中2项;撰写英文(2016年出版)及中文专著(即将出版)各1

研究方向:

1) 肿瘤术中病理检测技术和耐药发生机制探索

基于表面增强拉曼光谱、基因及蛋白等多组学分析技术,监测肿瘤发生、发展及耐药过程,探索其表型标志物,研发快速表型分析检测技术,为术中病理方案的开发提供新的选择,目前已实现细胞比例90%以上准确度的精准预测。与此同时,探索环境因素诱导肿瘤耐药非特异性发生的相关机制,为耐药肿瘤逆转剂的开发提供参考。

2)生殖健康辅助检测技术开发及胚胎发育调控机制研究

以生殖与发育过程中的细胞损伤状态及病因为检测对象,开发基于免疫学及数字化分子诊断技术的多指标、快速检测试剂盒,解决男性不育症、孕妇产前诊断等临床检测需求,其中21-三体(唐氏)筛查技术已进入临床验证。与此同时,运用斑马鱼胚胎构建基因敲除、敲低等模型,结合基因测序、免疫共沉淀等方法,探索转录因子Pxr对胚胎孵化过程的调控作用及相关机制,为胚胎孵化调控方法的开发提供理论支撑。

3ABC转运蛋白介导的纳米粒子毒性抵御机制研究

在生殖健康及肿瘤方面检测技术的开发过程中,我们发现了肿瘤与胚胎细胞在甲基化重构、分裂增殖等方面的相似特征,并进一步探索其自我保护方面的共性机制。现有结果表明ABC转运蛋白为胚胎及肿瘤细胞应对环境污染物入侵的共性抵御机制,并创新性地揭示出ABC转运蛋白在纳米塑料、量子点、纳米金等纳米粒子外排及毒性抵御中的作用。进一步的,我们将对该过程的调控机制及具体过程展开探索。
