简       历:

罗刚银,博士,研究员,博士生导师,工程装备集成研究室主任,长期从事器官再生、光学成像、人工智能、微流控等方向的研究。现有团队成员39人,博士后5人,研究生12人。

近年来作为项目或课题负责人,累计承担国家、省市及企业课题20余项,包括国家重点研发计划、国家科技支撑计划项目、中科院先导A类项目、中科院先导B类项目、中科院重大科研设备、江苏省科技支撑项目、苏州市医疗器械专项、企业委托项目等。

累计申请发明专利80项,授权发明专利40项,授权实用新型专利58项。在Lab on a Chip、Talanta等发表论文40余篇,获批医疗器械产品注册证4项。

研究方向:

1. 器官再生:面向器官短缺困境,构建体外仿体内生物物理环境,开展智能离体器官灌注维持与修复再生研究,尝试构建离体器官监测与评估新方法。

2. 人工智能:围绕类器官及器官等生物样本的无标记图像与多模态光学图像开展分割识别、虚拟染色、功能建模预测等人工智能算法的研究。

3. 组织成像:面向类器官及器官组织的高分辨、低损伤、大深度成像需求,围绕无标记和荧光标记成像等技术,开展适用于复杂组织样本的成像方法与系统研究,通过成像策略与方法优化提升成像分辨率、速度及有效深度。

4. 传感:开发多模态柔性电极传感器件,开展类器官、打印器官与实体器官维持过程电生理信号实时监测解析的研究,探索生物组织电生理信息与发育规律的关系。
