1999 年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学近代物理系,2004博士毕业于中国科学院物理研究所。曾先后在德国康斯坦兹大学物理系、美国爱荷华州立大学物理系和美国诺特丹大学电子工程系做博士后研究。2013 加盟中科院苏州医工所回国工作。荣获中科院分子细胞卓越中心青年骨干、中科院卢嘉锡国际合作团队、江苏省创新创业团队、江苏省6大人次高峰等多个人才类项目和荣誉。组织了“先进生物医学成像与传感中德双边研讨会”等国内外会议3次,与国内外数十个研究单位建立起长期合作关系。

致力于先进光学显微成像技术研究和仪器开发,开发了可将普通倒置荧光显微镜升级为超分辨显微镜的低成本的非相干结构光照明照明模块;开发了激光干涉的非线性结构光照明超分辨显微镜,突破了同相结构光匹配和图像重建算法等关键问题,分辨率达到60nm;针对微小模式高速分选的微流道快速成像,创新性提出了线阵CCD的二维图谱成像模式和光片照明快速三维成像模式。承担国家重点研发计划、中科院科研仪器装备研制、基金委面上项目等多个科研项目。在LightScience &applicationsNature Communications,等国际权威学术杂志上发表论文30 余篇, 申请PCT专利2项,国内发明专利10余项。
