硕士生导师，功能材料与多指标检测中心负责人,中科院青年促进会会员。先后承担和参与了中科院知识创新工程项目、国家863项目、国家重点研发计划、省市项目、企业横向项目等多个项目。多年致力于体外诊断技术开发，在功能高分子材料制备技术、干化学分析技术，抗体标记技术，免疫分析技术，多指标检测等方面具有丰富的经验。项目成果转化3项，获批医疗器械注册证3项。发表SCI论文20余篇，申请专利50余项，授权20项。

研究新型微纳米材料的制备技术，重点研究微球在生物医学检验中的应用

基于液相芯片、核酸质谱等技术，开展多重免疫、核酸检测方法研究。

设计并合成新型的聚合金属标签、纳米结构标签，研究金属标签质谱流式中的应用。
