庄杰,博士,研究员,中科大博士生导师。
先后在厦门大学、北京大学和美国Old Dominion大学获学士、硕士和博士学位,博士导师为超短高压脉冲电场肿瘤消融技术奠基人、IEEE终身会士Karl Schoenbach教授,2012年加入德国莱布尼茨等离子体研究所(INP Greifswald)任研究员,2017年底回国加入中科院苏州医工所。曾获富林沃斯国际青年创新奖,“春晖杯”留学人员创新创业大赛优胜奖以及IEEE DEIS奖学金等国内外奖项。国家重点研发计划项目负责人,国际生物电协会技术委员会委员,中国电工技术学会等离子体及应用专业委员会委员,中国电工技术学会青年工作委员会委员,苏州市高新区创业领军人才,IEEE Transaction on Plasma Science客座编辑,发表SCI论文30余篇,申请和授权国内外发明专利10多项。课题组现有博士学位研究人员5人(美国博士2人,德国博士1人,北大、国科大博士各一人),专业背景涵盖电子电气、生物医学、物理学以及人工智能等领域,研究生14人,访问交流人员4人。

主要研究方向为生物电(Bioelectrics),包括高压超短脉冲电场和大气低温等离子体的生物医学与环境应用,参与和主持了美国空军、美国国防部、IEEE DEIS学会、德国联邦教育与研究部、中科院、科技部等多个项目。
1. 脉冲电场的生物医学应用:高压纳秒脉冲电场能够在细胞膜和细胞器膜上击穿出数以百万计的纳米小孔,诱发癌细胞凋亡,与现有同类技术相比具有神经、血管和细胞外基质损伤小、炎症反应低等显著优势,是新一代的非热实体肿瘤消融技术。此外高压脉冲电场技术在软组织消融、美容和细胞治疗等众多领域都有巨大的应用潜力。
2. 等离子体医学:由气体放电而产生的大气低温等离子体,其中的活性基团(ROS、RNS等)和电场等成分可以直接作用于人体,在灭菌消毒、伤口治疗以及肿瘤治疗等领域有广阔的应用前景。
3. 生物介电谱诊断技术(dielectric spectroscopy):介电谱技术能够在原位高速、无创地对生物细胞和组织的宽频电学参数(电导率、介电常数)进行测量,无需添加任何标记物,对细胞膜的结构变化尤其敏感。可用于诊断各种物理、化学因子对生物细胞和组织的作用,如术中实时评估脉冲电场对组织电穿孔和消融的效果。
