简       历:

主要从事医学图像处理、手术导航和基于智能计算的精准医疗研究。发表SCI论文28篇,其中第一/通讯作者SCI论文15篇;授权发明专利 2 项,实用新型1项,软件著作权3项。主持1项国家自然科学基金青年基金,1项苏州市科技计划项目,1项上海市卫健委专项子课题和1项无锡市科技计划项目子课题。作为课题负责人和项目骨干,参与了国家重大科研装备研制项目、多项国家自然科学基金及中国科学院和省市级项目。

(1) 基于智能计算的精准医疗:利用影像、基因、病理、生化等临床大数据,借助人工智能、数据分析挖掘和信息融合技术,开展疾病患病风险预测、智能辅助诊断及预后预测研究,为临床决策提供个性化解决方案。

(2) 手术导航:融合术前、术中医学结构影像或分子影像(包括内镜图像)信息,辅助空间定位技术,开展相关疾病的微创诊断和治疗的临床前研究
