中国仪器仪表学会医疗仪器分会理事,中国生物医学工程学会青年委员会副秘书长,《图学学报》 编委, 中国科学技术出版社有限公司(暨科学普及出版社)科技/科普专家。

先后在首都医科大学、日本Gifu大学、美国Texas医疗中心Methodist医院研究所和Iowa大学医院放射科从事教学和科研工作。

致力于微创诊疗研究,以微创手术为背景、以精准诊疗为目标,通过关键技术突破,构筑微创诊疗整体化解决方案。研究内容涵盖应用基础研究到仪器系统研制。

先后主持4项国家自然科学基金项目1项中国科学院科研装备研制项目1项国家重大科研装备研制项目子课题1项中科院国际合作项目1项江苏省重点研发计划15项科研项目。

第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI收录论文40篇,授权发明专利14项,美国专利1项。

培养的学生先后荣获“研究生国家奖学金”、“中国科学院院长奖”、“中国科学技术大学科教融合优秀研究生奖”等荣誉。

研究方向:

(1) 基于智能计算的精准医疗:利用影像、基因、病理、生化等临床大数据,借助人工智能、数据分析挖掘和信息融合技术,开展疾病患病风险预测、智能辅助诊断及预后预测研究,为临床决策提供个性化解决方案。

(2) 手术导航及机器人融合术前、术中医学结构影像或分子影像(包括内镜图像)信息,辅助空间定位技术(包括机器人),开展相关疾病的微创诊断和治疗的临床前研究。

(3) 低剂量锥束CT:基于平板探测器,通过低采样率投影数据的精确三维重建、局部投射区域三维重建及多能谱信息分离等研究,开展低剂量新型类CT、锥束CT成像研究。
